  1. Our March theme is“Intuitive Eating.” We’re taking a holistic approach by focusing on helping you tune into your body’s signals. We’ll cover a range of topics including emotional hunger, physical hunger, cravings, how to tap into your body’s signals, and a lot more!

  2. What exactly is intuitive eating? An intuitive eater is defined as a person who “makes food choices without experiencing guilt or an ethical dilemma, honors hunger, respects fullness and enjoys the pleasure of eating.” Few of us are immune from guilt and judgment regarding our food choices because of the many sources of “food police” in our culture.
